Low in Height but not in Quality.
Unfortunately most small casters offered to retail customers are cheaply made, low weight capacity casters. Caster Classics proudly offers industrial quality casters at affordable prices.
- Made From Heavy Gauge Steel. Most low profile casters on the market are not made from industrial grade heavy gauge steel.
- Heavy Duty Swivel Ball Bearings. Take a look at your old caster. Chances are the swivel bearings are tiny, wimpy, breakable bearings.
- Larger, Thicker Mounting Plates. Many small casters have small, irregular sized mounting plates made of thin, low grade steel.
- Quality Thick Rubber Wheels. Our wheels are made high quality industrial grade rubber or plastic that holds up to over the long run. Most small casters are made from low cheap materials that degrade over time.
- Heavy Duty Axle and Lock Washer. Our low profile casters are assembled with a sturdy bolt and lock washer (not riveted with a flimsy bolt and no washer) just like a larger caster for extra strength.
